Acceptable Use Policy

Plain-language summary

You may use Fejlgoblin Tidsregistrering for your own working time and documentation. You may not use it to monitor others, cheat, attack the system or harm others.

Allowed use

You may use the app to:

• record your own working time;
• store notes about your own work;
• create approximate pay/tax/agreement estimates;
• export your own data;
• share your own exports with a union, adviser or another trusted person.

Prohibited use

You must not use the app for:

• knowingly false time records;
• fraud, harassment, abuse or harm against others;
• unlawful access, scanning, attacks or attempts to bypass security;
• collecting or sharing other people’s personal data without a valid basis;
• employer monitoring, HR control, disciplinary cases or payroll-system operation;
• storing CPR numbers, health information or other sensitive information in notes unless strictly necessary and lawful.

Consequences of misuse

The owner may limit, suspend or delete access in case of misuse or serious breaches. Security incidents may be investigated and reported where legally required.
