Replies

GDPR rights requests should normally be answered within one month. Ordinary support has no guaranteed response time unless a separate support policy is created later.

Complaint to Datatilsynet

If you believe your personal data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). You can normally find contact information on Datatilsynet’s website.

Security reporting
