Plain-language summary
Fejlgoblin Tidsregistrering is a personal tool for time registration, documentation and approximate estimates. It is not an employer system, official payroll system, union, public authority, accountant, lawyer or court.
By using the app, you accept these terms. If payment, donations or new data-sharing features are added later, the terms must be updated first.
Operator
The app is operated personally by Frederik Juul Olsen. CVR/company registration: none / no company operation at launch. Contact: support@fejlgoblin.ovh Replies may come from: admin@fejlgoblin.ovh Domain: https://time.fejlgoblin.ovh
If the app is later operated through a company/CVR, or if payment/donation features are activated, the terms and privacy policy must be updated before the change is used publicly.
Permitted purpose
You may use the app to:
- record your own working time;
- store notes and categories about your own work;
- store job, pay, municipality, tax and agreement information for approximate estimates;
- export your own records;
- collect documentation that you may review or share with a union, adviser or another trusted person.
The app is for personal use. It must not be used as an employer monitoring, HR, payroll, disciplinary or control system.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Users under 18 should read the app explanations carefully and ask a parent/guardian, union, employer or another trusted adult/adviser if they are unsure about pay, tax, employment or legal questions.
The app is not intended for children under 13.
Account and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. Do not share your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and revoke active sessions.
Email verification and password reset only work if email delivery is configured in the current deployment.
Your records
You are responsible for keeping the information you enter as accurate as possible. The app can help store timestamps, notes, GPS/IP context and exports, but it cannot guarantee that an employer, union, authority, court or other party will accept the information as evidence.
Do not knowingly create false records, misleading edits, fraudulent content or harmful content.
GPS and IP
GPS is off by default and optional. GPS is not required to clock in/out. If you deny GPS in the browser, the app must still save the clock action without GPS.
The app must save GPS outcomes, for example whether GPS succeeded, was disabled, denied, unavailable, timed out, failed or was later deleted.
IP/client metadata is recorded automatically for security, abuse prevention, audit and context. Users must be clearly informed about this, and deletion/opt-out flows must exist where the app implements them.
GPS/IP is context data only and does not guarantee evidence or a legal outcome.
Pay, tax and agreement estimates
All amounts in the app are estimates only. They may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or based on incorrect user input. The app does not provide payroll, tax, legal, accounting, union or employment-law advice.
You must check payslips, contract, collective agreement, tax card, deductions, pension, holiday pay, supplements, overtime, local rules and employer payroll practices. Contact your employer, union, the Danish Tax Agency, accountant or another relevant adviser when the result matters.
Exports and sharing
When you export data, you are responsible for storing the file securely. An export can contain sensitive context about where and when you worked, especially if you include GPS/IP. Share exports only with people or organisations you trust.
Operation, changes and availability
The app may be unavailable, contain bugs, produce wrong estimates or lose functionality. Features may be changed, limited, suspended or discontinued. If a change materially affects your rights or data, you should be informed before or around the change.
The app is currently intended to be free. Donations may be added later, but donations must not imply that users receive legal, payroll, tax or union advice.
Fair limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Danish and EU law, the owner is not liable for losses, claims or decisions caused by relying only on app estimates, records, GPS/IP, notes, reports or exports without independent checking or relevant advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence or non-waivable statutory rights.
Misuse and termination
The owner may limit, suspend or delete access if the account is used for misuse, attacks, unlawful purposes, false records, harm to others, attempts to bypass security or other serious breaches. Where reasonable and safe, the user should be notified.
Governing law
These terms are drafted for Danish use and are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer or EU rules give you other rights. Disputes should first be raised through support. Users may also contact relevant authorities or complaint bodies where the law gives that right.
Language
These terms exist in Danish and English. The owner decision is that both language versions are official at launch. If there is a conflict between language versions, this must be clarified in legal review and corrected before the documents are used publicly.
