Pay, Tax and Agreement Estimates — Important Explanation

Plain-language summary

All pay, tax, net-pay, pension, supplement, deduction, collective-agreement and job-related calculations in the app are estimates only.

The app is not a payslip, payroll system, tax advice, legal advice, union advice or an employer/authority decision.

Why estimates may be wrong

Estimates depend on information you enter and on the app’s calculation rules. They may omit or misinterpret:

• tax card, deductions and preliminary tax information;
• pension, holiday pay, special savings, ATP and similar schemes;
• overtime, evening, night, weekend, holiday or local supplements;
• collective-agreement rules and seniority;
• breaks, on-call time, travel time, illness, holiday and absence;
• employer payroll periods and payroll system practices;
• changes in law, rates, municipal tax or collective agreements;
• currency and rounding;
• manual errors in your time records.

What estimates may be used for

You may use estimates to get a rough idea, spot possible differences and prepare questions for your employer, union or adviser.

Do not use estimates as the only basis for demanding payment, making financial decisions or concluding that you have a legal claim.

Always check relevant sources

Always check:

• payslip;
• employment contract;
• collective agreement;
• employer;
• union;
• Danish Tax Agency;
• accountant or other qualified adviser.

Export

All exports containing pay, tax or agreement estimates must clearly mark the numbers as estimates.

If an export also includes GPS/IP, the user must actively choose it, and the app must require password verification before creating the export.
